Course Meeting Location: 

This course will be delivered in a hybrid format; with some content delivered online in live instructor-led sessions and the remaining on-campus in our manufacturing and computer lab.

Overview: Introducing the students to programming, setup, and operation of CNC machining centers; machine safety, manufacturing methodology, blueprint reading, and machining techniques.

Objective: To provide the skills necessary to obtain gainful employment in the machining and manufacturing environment.

Certifications: NIMS Level 1 CNC Milling Programming Setup & Operations

Target Audience: Ages 18 and above needing and desiring career advancement or entrance in the machining industry

Prerequisite Skills and Experience: 10th Grade Math or equivalent
