Note:  The Waste Water Treatment Operators "C" License course is the first step to starting a career in waste water treatment.

Description:  This course will prepare students for employment as a waste water treatment plant operator, or provide supplemental training for persons currently employed in this field. It will also prepare students for the state "C" License exam offered through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This course includes lectures, group discussions, wastewater treatment plant visits, lab work, problem-solving, and demonstrations.

Completing this course meets the requirement of the State of Florida for 155 hours of classroom instruction.
