Description:  This course, with one hour-long classes per week over six weeks, is designed for new and beginning licensed real estate professionals looking to improve their business and professional development skills in order to obtain more clients, close more transactions, and make more income.

About the Instructor:  As a real estate professional with a construction background, Nico Hohman caters especially to those investing in the real estate market. Nico is actively involved in bettering the standards of the real estate industry and the greater Tampa Bay community by serving on committees and boards within the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Toastmasters International, Emerge Tampa Bay, Nativity Catholic School, and the All Children's Hospital Guild. Nico is a contributing author to REALTOR Magazine. In his free time, Nico is the Head Golf Coach at Jesuit High School in Tampa; he enjoys reading the biographies of influential people; playing golf, tennis, sand volleyball, and softball; cheering on the Florida Gators; competing to become the World Champion of Public Speaking; and training to compete in the New York City Run Up.
