ACA - 40 hr 6-20 -All Lines Accredited Claims Adjuster Designation Course 

Description:  The 40 hour 6-20 -All Lines Accredited Claims Adjuster Designation classes exempt the student from the state exam for the 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License.  This 40-hour ACA Designation course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for those who wish to obtain the State of Florida 6-20 (Company & Independent) All Lines Adjuster License.  40 hours must be completed to take the course exam.  

RCSR - 40 hr4-40- Registered Customer Representative Designation Course

Description:  The 40-hour Registered Customer Service Representative pre-licensing course is designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Florida Department of Financial Services for the Registered Customer Service Representative. Successful completion of this course leads to a 4-40 RCSR license.  40 hours must be completed to take the course exam.  

Career Readiness

Description:  Students attending the Career Readiness Program will learn career strategies including resume development, job search strategies, networking, interviewing, and professionalism in the workplace.  Students will gain an understanding of appropriate professional dress, interviewing skills, and how to create a personal action plan. All areas of learning will be grounded in improving self-concept and building professional acumen.  This program aims to prepare students for the job market and provide career exposure to the Insurance industry, though many topics are relevant to career readiness in any industry.

Introduction to Computers

Description: Students attending the introduction to computers program will learn the fundamentals of using a computer. From maximizing internet research to understanding how to use each of the primary Microsoft office products in the workforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
