Developed for center directors and other child care professionals, the National Administrator Credential (NAC) is comprehensive, 45 hour course for directors and administrators of child care programs and is an award for demonstrated mastery of administration skills. The NAC is recognized as a mark of excellence that designates individuals who have demonstrated the knowledge essential to managing a child care center.
The NAC Course
The NAC course offers childcare and education directors and Administrators a chance to get 45 hours of high-quality relevant, college-level education in a 4-5 day time frame. Students are expected to complete projects and reading assignments between classes, so most elect to stay at the workshop facility for the full duration of the course. Each class is made up of candidates from a variety of childcare and education programs and their diversity enhances the learning atmosphere and networking possibilities.
The NAC course is organized into 10 sections encompassing the professional development competencies for administrators of early childhood education centers.
