Description: This is an exciting and pivotal time in the HR profession. This intensive 36-hour program combines expert instruction with the SHRM Learning System® for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, so you will learn faster, retain more knowledge and stay on track for success on the exam.
Note: Each student will receive the hard-copy version of the SHRM Learning System® modules and will have access to web-based study tools and practice exams. Exam not included.

Who Should Attend: This course is designed primarily to assist those preparing to sit for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP national certification exam or seek to enhance their professional development. Managers who have HR responsibilities or people management responsibilities are encouraged to attend.

Instructor: With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, Kenneth Quidgley uses a strategic and innovative approach that is “solution-focused” on HR matters. His vast experience includes proven results in ISO 9001 union manufacturing, foodservice distribution, construction, healthcare, information technology, intensive behavior modification social services, and digital music distribution.
His experience includes employee relations, unions, leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, recruiting and staffing, organizational development, conflict resolution, benefits administration, mergers, payroll, compensation, HR policies, Employee Handbooks, job descriptions, HRIS systems, and legal compliance.
Kenneth Quidgley majored in Organizational Studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. He holds the Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
