Description:  This course will give you tools to help develop and maintain the skills needed to build and secure successful cultural competency in any professional environment.  You will be able to maintain an effective worldview and be a  skilled leader for your team.  Managing diverse teams and navigating business in the current evolving culturally diverse communities are necessary skills.
