Description:  In the last several years there is more focus on inclusion in the workplace.  As our world changes and people of diverse backgrounds and different personal cultural experiences we will be working with/within teams with unique combinations of individuals.  As a manager we need to understand the needs of our multi-cultural team in order to lead and secure successful outcomes.  We will cover the definition of a Multi-Cultural team as well as proven techniques to build inclusion and healthy effective teams.
