Description:  When striving to improve our lives, we're quick to spend money on any self-help book that will help us improve our financial situation, assist us in losing weight or to improve our personal relationships. It’s not that easy. Gallup revealed five universal, interconnected elements that shape our lives and our wellbeing: Career, Social, Financial, Physical and Community. 

This workshop is based on the book called “Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements”. We often forget that we need to focus on “us” from time to time. This program provides you with a holistic view of what contributes to your wellbeing over a lifetime.  Written by author Tom Rath (author of StrengthsFinder 2.0) and Jim Harter, they also provide an online assessment to track and improve your wellbeing.  By the time you finish this workshop, you'll have a better understanding of what makes life worthwhile, along with concrete strategies.

This is a one-day, working lunch workshop consisting of a 6 hour day.  Please bring your lunch.
