Description:  We all benefit from being better communicators in our personal life and our professional life.  Communication is a broad topic, we will focus on the skills needed to help you build a satisfying professional and personal system of communicating within each setting.  We will cover different foundation styles and methods of effective communicators.  Please be prepared to approach this topic with “wider lenses". Communication is much more than the words we use or how well we listen.  It is about understanding the emotions and intentions behind the information.

Instructor:  JoAnna Cunin, enthusiastic professional, over 10 years in program leadership, workshop curriculum development, community builder and training formats. Skilled with securing community partnerships as well as years working in the nonprofit sector.  Extensive experience in project planning as well as effective skill set working with diverse population demographics.  Passionate about Professional Development, Cultural Competency and Leadership Development workshops locally and internationally.
