Collaboration Studio (HCS) at HCC

1602 N. 15th St. (Corner of 15th St. and 5th Ave.)

Parking:  Free parking is available in the surface lot at Collaboration Studio.  Overflow parking is available in the 15th Street Garage behind Collaboration Studio.  However, validation for the garage may not be available on nights and weekends, so students may be responsible for parking fees.  If you park in the garage you must be out by 7:00 PM.

Asset protection (special guest) will discuss the importance of choosing protection.

Instructor:  Kella McCaskill, a community advocate in The Tampa Bay area.  

Kella grew up in The West Tampa area.  For the past 20 years, Kella has enjoyed serving the Greater Tampa Bay area in the mortgage and real estate industry.  Kella currently serves as one of the Real Estate professionals for The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Kella feels compelled to become a resource for the community.

 Kella, the former manager of the Executive Resolutions Group of one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., is a sought-after consultant to attorneys, non-profit organizations seeking to find resolutions with various clients regarding the mortgage crisis.

Ms. McCaskill recently wrote an article for the National Consumer's digest magazine (a national magazine that has long focused on the extensive review on products and service to consumers) concerning the recent "Robo- signing issues".

Kella is passionate about sharing her years of experience, skills and resources with the community and especially with the youth at Lina Bean Academy in Tampa.
