NoteA Fitness Waiver/Consent Form will need to be signed prior to the start of class.  

Description:  The Body Conditioning class incorporates strength, cardio, and core training using resistance equipment such as body bars, power cords, dumbbells, and body weight for a total body workout.  Classes will include group and individualized training for optimal results.
