Note: A Fitness Waiver/Consent Form will need to be signed prior to the start of class.
Description: The Body Conditioning class incorporates strength, cardio, and core training using resistance equipment such as body bars, power cords, dumbbells, and body weight for a total body workout. Classes will include group and individualized training for optimal results.
About the Instructor Kim May: I have taught as an adjunct professor at HCC for 6 years. I have a M.A. in Physical Education, and have been a Personal Fitness Trainer for 25+ years. I have taught Physical Education/Wellness/Fitness & Conditioning/Weight Training classes for a total of 19 years.
