Note:  A Fitness Waiver/Consent Form will need to be signed prior to the start of class.  


Description: This class runs twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 6 consecutive weeks. The Fitness and Conditioning course provides opportunities to learn and participate in various forms of physical activities. Health status will be determined through body composition and personal fitness assessments during the course. Participants will engage in a variety of physical activities including: walking, jogging, sprinting, line dance, aerobic dance, yoga, cross fit, plyro-metrics, agilities & drills, military style boot camp training, circuit training, and competitive sports. 


About the Instructor:  As a former athlete, Aaron Nettles received the honors of All County, All State, All GSC, and some AFL2 experience.  He had the opportunity to train and learn from some of the best strength, fitness, and conditioning professionals in the world.  Aaron earned a bachelors in Physical Education and a masters in Health Promotion which allowed him the opportunity to teach P.E. & Health for over 11 years. In 2014 he launched Healthy Way Tampa Bay a nonprofit organization.
