Parking:  Free parking is available in the surface lot at Collaboration Studio.  Overflow parking is available in the 15th Street Garage behind Collaboration Studio.  However, validation for the garage may not be available on nights and weekends, so students may be responsible for parking fees.  If you park in the garage you must be out by 7:00 PM.

Description:  The term "Belly dance" is a misnomer as all parts of the body are involved in the dance.  The most featured body part being the hips but this dance will work your whole body in a rhythmic and soulful way.  Most of the movements in belly dancing involve isolating different parts of the body (hips, shoulders, chest, stomach etc), which appear similar to the isolation's used in jazz/ballet.  Relax as you isolate and work specific parts of the body to shape and tone.  Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
