Instructor: Karen Pizzo is a Tampa native and has taught Business Technology in the Hillsborough County School District for both secondary and post-secondary students.  Keyboarding was one of the central learning objectives taught to students as young as second grade.  Using a mix of teaching techniques, her keyboarding classes offer beginners the opportunity to develop touch-typing skills while intermediate and advance levels focus on structured touch typing and increasing speed and accuracy. Karen earned a Master of Arts degree in Adult Career and Technical Education from the University of South Florida.
