Entrance/Parking:  The HCC entrance is in the lower level of the building underneath the breezeway (back of the building).  Parking is located on the side of the building (lower level).  The upper level of the building is an event space.

Description:  Come explore exciting, modern art materials from acrylic markers to watercolor pencils and many other mediums in between! Learn beginner and advanced artistic techniques to strengthen your work then discover other ways of creating from your peers and share your own artistic approach in a casual and friendly environment. All artist levels are welcome, and all supplies are provided!

Instructor:  Olivia Thornton resides in and teaches full-time throughout Tampa Bay, Florida. In the fall of 2017, Olivia became the 2D, 3D and Digital Arts Teacher at Rowlett Middle Academy in Bradenton, FL.

Currently, Olivia is beginning her second year as a full-time, middle school art teacher and her third year as a part-time, (youth/adult) visual arts instructor at the following FL locations: Hillsborough Community College’s Institute for Corporate & Continuing Education, the Morean Arts Center, Tampa Museum of Art, the Bryan Glazer Family Jewish Community Center, ZooTampa, NOMAD Art Bus, Imagine Museum, ArtCenter Manatee, et al.
