The Service Management Awareness course provides very high-level information and focuses on primary concepts and principles of the Service Lifecycle. However, the accompanying delegate courseware includes comprehensive self-study materials which may help prepare individuals with high levels of ITIL awareness for the Service Management Foundation exam. This course doesn't prepare individual for certification and therefore has no examination.
