Description: Microsoft Excel 2019 Certification is a class designed to teach students how to utilize Excel to improve efficiency in the workplace. The class prepares students to take Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019).  The delivery method involves virtual online with a LIVE instructor using Excel spreadsheets to create basic data reports. Students will learn basic through advanced skills, such as Excel Terminology, Entering & Editing Data, Basic Excel Functions, Managing Workbooks & Worksheets, Creating Tables, Data & Tables Management and Exporting and Importing Data.  

General Topics: Introduction to Excel, Modifying a Worksheet, Formatting, Data Structure and Analytical Tools 

Prerequisites: Be familiar with personal computers, use of keyboard and mouse. Suggested course: Computer Basics & Introduction to Microsoft Office

• Students must have access to a PC for the online review and practice exams.
• The online practice software is not compatible with Mac computers.                   

Who should attend? Office professionals, small business owners and anyone with no excel skills and/or experience who wants to learn how to use Excel and earn the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2019 Certification. 

Microsoft Certification: Prior to the conclusion of training students will consult with the instructor and testing admin to schedule a date/time to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2019 Exam. The certification is recognized nationwide.
