Description: Microsoft Word 2016 Level 1-Beginner is the first and foundational class of a three part series. The delivery method involves hands-on experience in a computer center using the Word program to create documents. Students will learn basic skills, such as Creating a New Document, Entering & Deleting Text, Using Columns, Adding Page Numbers and Adding a Cover Page

General Topics: Program Fundamentals, Getting Started with Documents, Working with & Editing Text and Formatting Paragraphs & Pages.

Prerequisites: Be familiar with personal computers, use of keyboard and mouse. Suggested course: Computer Basics & Introduction to Microsoft Office

Who should attend? Office professionals, small business owners and anyone with no prior Word skills and/or experience.
