Description: Microsoft Excel 2019 Level 3-Advanced is the last class of a three part series.  Attending this course involves hands-on experience using Excel spreadsheets to automate tasks with Macros and parse through data with excel analysis tools. Students will learn advanced skills, such as construct advanced formulas, data validation, troubleshooting techniques, query external databases and analytical features.  

General Topics:  Data Tables, Advanced Data Management, Exporting & Importing Data, analytical Tools, Macros & Visual Basic

Prerequisites: Be familiar with the beginner and intermediate level functions of Excel. Suggested course: Microsoft Excel 2019 Level 2-Intermediate

NOTE: This course will map to the objectives of the Microsoft Office Specialist and Expert exams for Excel 2019. Objective coverage is marked throughout the course.

Students will benefit most from this course if they want to accomplish more analytical workplace tasks in Excel 2019, or if they want to have a solid foundation for continuing on to become an Excel Expert. If they intend to take a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert exam , this course will help  students to be fully prepared for the MOS exam.
